2 passes will be provided for admittance on Friday night.

For all of you that love to grill, but can’t compete with the BIG DOGS! We have a spot for you. Friday, July 9th, from 7:30-9:30 you can be competing in an Amateur Cook-off.

You will be cooking up approximately 20 lbs of either riblets, pork, or chicken, which will be distributed to you upon check in on Friday.  You can also serve up a side dish, if you want to provide that, as there will be prize money for that category .

Celebrity judges will be judging your final products at 7:30.  You will also be serving the balance of the meat to the general public, during the People's Choice contest. 9:30 will be the award ceremony for this contest, and prize money will be given out at that time.   

You will have a 10 x 10 area for your cooker, along with ample electricity.  We are also encouraging you to decorate your booth to wooo over the crowd.

If a business is sponsoring your booth, feel free to Advertise for them in your booth.

Cooking to be served starting at 7:30 p.m.
Amateur Contest Ceremony: 9:30 p.m.
